New projects that uses ingredients always start needing to have ingredients entered. There must be a better way
With the growing need to be aware of the possibility of allergens in ingredients, a system for reliably highlighting allergens in ingredients - and the ingredients in the ingredients - would be useful. However, unlike a content management system - where each website or user would generate their own content - ingredients are more universal, so there's a strong case for a single, centralised API that can be used as a seed.
