CamWebDir is a business-intelligence search engine for the business and science ecosystem in and around Cambridge. It crawls the web — fetching pages, following links, working from a focused set of sources — to pull out two things otherwise buried across hundreds of company sites and press releases: senior job vacancies, and funding and finance news. The point is one current view of who's hiring at the top and where the money's moving in the Cambridge cluster, built by reading the web rather than waiting to be told.
