These terms govern your use of Half Baked Ideas, operated by Mr Matthew Barnett. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password secure, and you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be 16 or older.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Don't post unlawful, harmful or abusive content, impersonate others, attempt to break or overload the service, or misuse other members' data.

Your content

You keep ownership of the events, messages and other content you create. You grant us the permission needed to store and display it so the service can function (for example, showing your RSVP to an event organiser).

Availability

Half Baked Ideas is provided "as is" and is still evolving — features may change and occasional downtime can happen. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service

Suspension & termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
